Led Reformer Classes are instructor directed sessions using the main piece of Pilates equipment, the reformer. In this class a maximum of 6 participants follow the instructor and perform the same set of exercises and stretches at the same pace. This is a good way to add in variety to a Mat work based Pilates routine. These classes are most suitable for those who are healthy and fit, not for rehabilitation work.

When registering for a series, you are purchasing ALL the classes in that series during the applicable dates. We reserve the right to cancel classes at any time, due to insufficient
enrollment. Please ensure you arrive on time for your class. The studio reserves the right to refuse late entry into classes if you arrive more than 10 minutes later than the scheduled start time. |
